On September 23rd to 28th, Altaï staffs from all over the world came in to the French Alps to share some privileged moments. This year global seminar location was near Chambéry where Altaï Group has its headquarters. The receptive site’s accommodation capacity allowed us to welcome about 150 collaborators in perfect conditions to work & share together, enjoying the late summer warm weather of France.
The programme of the week alternated between training sessions and meetings. Our staffs were trained on general topics such as flight service and global accounting, but also on specific destinations management. The seminar week ended with a general gathering including Altaï 150 employees, to analyze our 2019 results and to focusing on 2020 goals.

We spent the final day of the seminar all together doing what we all love and share : hiking in the mountains. Altaï family members from Peru, Nepal, Tanzania or Canary Islands, all went for a hike to a French alpine summit.
We said farewell and went back to our respective countries full of energy and projects for the year to come, always aiming at the same goal : offering our travelers nature & adventure trips in remote and natural areas, thanks to our logistics and on-site teams.
